2021 Late Harvest Viogner TOGO
Rich and luscious with aromas of peach and honeysuckle. Flavors of ripe pears, dried apricots and a hint of toasted almonds. Sweet but not cloying.
The Viognier was picked from Camp 4 vineyard in Santa Ynez in late November. Fermented in stainless steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation. Bottled early February. Picked at 30Brix. 6% residual sugar "semi-sweet wine" not dessert wine.
